Please do not accept the “guaranteed delivery date” as  the day you will actually receive your items. Ebay and the USPS estimate that date and they are the ones that claim that is the date your items will arrive. Rarely does a package actually arrive on the estimated date of arrival. Please use the USPS website for tracking. And please understand, I’m not the post office. I don’t drive, fly or swim the item to your house. Once it leaves my house and tracking shows “acceptance” or “distribution center” when tracking,  I have no control over it.
I don’t charge excess charges, even internationally. The USPS is the one charging for shipping, not me. I only put down the weight and size of the package. USPS charges the fee and Ebay collects it. I am not responsible for the price charged.
